Parks and Gardens Agency in Ile-de-France (AEV)

In September 2016, in collaboration with Le Voyage métropolitain and a team from AEV, we set up a walk and bivouac trip along the Promenade de la Dhuis, a 27 km long ribbon overlooking the aqueduct built by Napoléon III to supply Paris with water, today the longest green walking route in Ile-de-France.

The trip encompassed two days of walking and one night bivouacking in the forest of Claye Souilly, with fifty participants who set out to experience the place, explore its length, and discover its varied landscapes that link the housing estates of Clichy-sous-Bois to the agricultural slopes of Coubron and views of the winding course of the river Marne.
